Job Description
- Identify potential clients and develop a mutually beneficial relationship with them - Meeting with clients to finalize and sign required documents - Prepare quotations for customers and ensure the drawings and specifications satisfy their requirements - Visit the site to take measurements and prepare basic planning - Work together with the Interior Design team to set up meetings with potential clients to understand their interior design requirements - Monitor the project status and be the main person to communicate with clients - Periodical visits to current and potential customers to maintain a high degree of customer relationship and to ensure all merchandising and marketing tools are up to date - Report to the Director on sales prospects, weekly reviews, etc.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent - Min. 3 years of experience in handling interior design or furniture projects - Required skills including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, independent, market analysis, presentations, selling and negotiation skills, eagerness to learn - Min. high conversational Japanese with JLPT N3 or higher as well as conversational English proficiency
