<Necessary Skill / Experience > - College’s Degree in Civil Engineering and related construction field - Conversational Mandarin proficiency and basic English proficiency - Minimum 6 years of concrete mixing plant operations and has 2 years of experience in supervising and organizing production personnel in the construction industry - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Ability to independently organize and manage concrete mixing plant production operations
