Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - College’s Degree in Civil Engineering and related construction field - Conversational Mandarin proficiency and basic English proficiency - Minimum 6 years of steel structure fabrication and on-site installation experience, experienced in on-site installation and fabrication management, primarily responsible for overseeing fabrication personnel. - Minimum 1 year of experience in supervising subordinates - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Ability to independently organize and manage steel structure factory operations
