- Responsible in managing chemical trading business under inorganic and advanced material domain - Understanding business market structure, both customer's and supplier's strategy, and positioning in the industry - Developing new business with leveraging the existing business to create growth - Having a right mindset against business and common sense with global standard basis, to take proper initiatives in the purpose to improve business growth - Having good and effective capabilities in coordinating with other internal and external parties, with a coverage of local and overseas - Other tasks that related. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - Bertanggung jawab dalam mengelola bisnis perdagangan bahan kimia di bawah domain material anorganik dan material maju - Memahami struktur pasar bisnis, strategi pelanggan dan pemasok, serta posisi dalam industri - Mengembangkan bisnis baru dengan memanfaatkan bisnis yang sudah ada untuk menciptakan pertumbuhan - Memiliki pola pikir yang benar terhadap bisnis dan akal sehat dengan basis standar global, untuk mengambil inisiatif yang tepat dalam rangka meningkatkan pertumbuhan bisnis - Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dan efektif dalam berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal dan eksternal, dengan cakupan lokal dan luar negeri - Tugas-tugas lain yang terkait.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor Degree from a reputable university (Top 5) ・Has min. 2 years experience as Sales Administration in trading business company ・Business level in English ・Have deep knowledge in trading business for performance chemical commodities ・Has experience in handling customer and supplier from local and overseas ・Good communication, interpersonal skill, also good in negotiation ・Have interest to explore learn and continually developing capability in trading and investment business
