Designation – Section Manager/Asst Section Manager – Quality Control

Location:-Sri city.

Educational Skills:- Engineering in Plastic technology or Polymer Engineering from reputed University .Master Degree from above added advantage

Software Skills:- Proficiency in MS office .SAP Added Advantage



Job description:

 Evaluate required quality property (need to follow exact procedure.)

 Judge if required quality property satisfies delivery specification and/or inner specification. Communicate timely and effectively with all concerned PICs including other related sections to solve our quality problems and to maintain our best quality as a result.

 Issue inspection result certificates if necessary

 Make suitable document for our customer to report if necessary, for example quality problem, factory inspection and so on.

 Establish a company-wide effective quality management system in cooperation with departments in concern to obtain ISO9001/IATF16949 certification.



OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

 Safety action training / Safety knowledge about using device

 Knowledge and understanding of ISO9001 and/or IATF16949.

 Monitoring ability to apply with statistic knowledge (Process capability, Excel, measurement errors)

 Must be a self-starter who is skilled negotiator and influencer – with
