Job Description
1. Projects-coordinator for all capacity improvement projects, automation, handling improvement projects.
2. Responsible for design, procurement, development & calibration of fixtures.
3. Responsible for procuring new machines, their layouts, commissioning & validation of machines through pilot lot production.
4. To lead capacity enhancement projects by appropriate layouts, procuring, commissioning & validating new machines /installing appropriate handling, storage systems.
5. Coordinator for new product's tooling's from development to validation of them through pilot lots.
6. Responsible for ISO -TS 16949:2009,ISO14001:2015 System adherence of assembly line.
7. Production line waste time elimination from process and production.
8. Productivity improvement activity.
9. Welding skill training given all employee.
10. Welding automation activity
11. Manual marking eliminate for all fit-up station (implement for template and fixture)
Requirements
7 plus experience in Production Engineering role.
Good exposure of working in Industrial Fabrication industry.
Good in ISO -TS 16949:2009,ISO14001:2015 System adherence of assembly line
