Job Description
Handling entire HR operations like, Talent Acquisition, Induction, Performance appraisal, Grievance handling, Employee Engagement, HR MIS process, and Full and Final Settlement Etc.
Responsible of Recruitment Completion of Joining formalities(Collection of documents, joining dockets, Salary account opening)
Responsible Monthly Payroll activities (End to End Payroll Management and pay slip sending etc.). Handing statutory compliance.
Responsible of Training and development, and employee engagement.
Taking care of Statutory Compliance Payroll and Compensation Exit Formalities Other HR & Employee Welfare Activities Administration.
Requirements
Must have good experience of handling Payroll management.
