Job Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

•Supervise the Helpdesk team to provide first tier desktop and system support, act as the escalation point and provide advise to the Helpdesk staff

•Manage IT service requests to ensure quality service delivery in accordance with the SLA

•Monitor IT operations to ensure reliable and stable IT environment, prepare reports and escalate exceptions and incidents to senior staff when necessary

•Perform IT related administration and control and identify solutions to enhance efficiency

•Liaise with users, system teams and vendors on project implementation

•Update IT policies and operation manual as required

 

Requirements:

•Degree/Higher Diploma holder in IT or related disciplines

•Around 5 years’ working experience in IT, preferably in banking industry with minimum 1 year in supervisory level

•Solid experience in providing support and troubleshooting of desktop, endpoint security and control systems, e.g. PC, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Windows, SEP, SCCM

•Experience in supporting voice and video facilities, IP phones & video conference, server room infrastructure as well as server and network administration & support

•Qualified MCITP, CCNA or ITIL is an advantage

•A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

•Independent, self-driven and eager to learn

•Good command in both English and Cantonese
