Job Description
• Support Sales Company and Partners in AP Region.
• Work closely with to identify gaps in features, functions, and UX / UI, provide recommendations, ideas, and solutions for enhancing our product and services
• Be able to interpret data, analyze results, identify trends and patterns and provide ongoing reports as needed
• Communicate the needs and expectations to our developer for ongoing features and functions enhancement, UX / UI design, and project management timelines and development
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Tertiary educated, major in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong IT knowledge with at least 2 years of experience in selling solution and application
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good problem-solving skills and can-do spirit
• Ability to speak Japanese is an advantage
