Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Control and manage Import & Export team operation • Supervising the team to reach the KPI • Prepare quotations • Negotiate shipment routine, freight schedules, and price, with carriers and forwarders • Liaise with group companies, agents, existing key customers, and new customers for shipping arrangements • Prepare budget, monthly and annual forecast • Responsible for cost control • Analyze and prepare data and reports to the top management in HK & JP • Assist the management in improving the team's efficiency • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Diploma or above • At least 5 years of experience in the logistic industry • Import, export & forwarding experience is a MUST • Management experience is a MUST • Fluent in English and Chinese • Japanese ability is an advantage
