Our client is a leading bank and currently seeking for a Senior Relationship Manager for their corporate banking division. The right caliber will be reporting to the Head of Regional Banking and lead a team of 5 staffs. Ideal if you are seeking for a long term career in relationship management within corporate banking.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead a team to manage a portfolio of corporate clients in order to develop and broaden relationships with clients;
Manage and enhance existing portfolio and development of financial products in accordance with the Bank’s strategy and vision;
Develop and maintain customer relationship with existing and prospective corporate clients by providing professional, customized financial solutions in areas of corporate lending and trade financing;
Ensure portfolio growth through new acquisitions and expansion of existing clients relationship;
Participate in the origination / structuring of syndicated loans, review credit facilities, conduct credit analysis and prepare credit proposals;
Focus on Large Corporate (including HK , PRC or Multi-National Customer segments);
Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve team’s business targets;
Take a leading role in exploring new business opportunities, marketing and selling of corporate banking services;
Recruit, develop and train up team members as talent pool for future Bank’s developments
Ensure relevant control measures are undertaken to minimize credit risk exposures within the portfolio.
Requirements
Requirements:
Degree holder or above with major in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines;
At least 8 years relevant experience in handling corporate banking clients, with strong connections with large HK, China Corporate SOE, or MNC is preferred;
With proven track record in executing syndicated loans or project finance;
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (fluent in Mandarin is preferred);
With good proven record in new clients’ cultivation;
Strong credit analysis and risk management skills with good knowledge on HK and PRC financial markets;
Good analytical, communication, leadership and management skills.
