Our client, a Japan based company providing AI-based web marketing services is now looking for a candidate with following to join their new team in Hong Kong:
Job Description
- Manage and drive engineering projects with partners
- Manage relationships with key partners and clients
- Work with BPO and Engineering teams to interpret partner/client requirements and deliver solutions with the end-goal of sales in mind
- Develop and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit partners/clients and prospects
- Provide answers to partner/client questions about companies product, servicing, and other technical aspects of the products
- Be able to think critically and suggest improvements to the team that might lead to better product development
- Arrange and lead training for partners/clients
- Research the industry on an on-going basis to know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact current and future strategy
- Provide feedback to the team as well as R&D for process or product improvement
- Condense information into reports for a wide variety of uses from marketing and sales to engineering
- Provide clear and accurate responses for RFPs and/or contribute technical solutions directly to proposal
- Business trips to Japan and India related to projects
Requirements
- At least 5 years Engineering experience in web marketing, AI, Salesforce related
- Experience in sales/development of AI-based product is preferred
- Development experience in Python is desirable
- Fluent in English
- Strong networker who can reach out to partners and clients to offer support and assistance
- Someone who has a sense of optimism, resilience, and perseverance
