<Job Responsibilities>
• Issue purchase orders and invoices to clients
• Input data in the ERP system
• Monitor shipment status to ensure a timely delivery
• Contact and coordinate with the clients, suppliers, and logistics companies
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments if required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• High Diploma or above
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Japanese ability is highly desired but not a MUST
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• FRESH GRADUATES WELCOME
