Job Description
・Follow up customer orders
・Contact oversea customers and suppliers for delivery control
・Handle shipping documents and logistics arrangements
・Coordinate with internal and external parties for delivery schedule
・Communicate with customers, sales and shippers to resolve any problems
・Process issuance of invoices, packing list and PO
・Keep and file records of invoices and shipment information
・Prepare sales reports for management
・Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・5 years’ experience in sales / shipping coordinating (Electronic components)
・Customer-oriented, responsible and well-organized
・Good in spoken and written English and Cantonese
・Japanese speaking is advantage
・Immediate available is great advantage
