<Job Responsibilities>
- Data entry and general office support duties
- Provide full spectrum of administration support duties, handle phone calls and greet guests
- Handling customer enquiries and follow up sales orders
- Manage & prepare the daily quotation, purchase order, sales order of sales team.
- Prepare & compile agenda, minutes, etc.
- Work closely with sales manager and sales team members to ensure the smooth daily
- Operation on order placement, fulfillment, and shipping arrangement etc.
- Ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
∙ Diploma holder or above / DSE or above (please choose one of the options)
∙ Good Responsibility
∙ Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
∙ Good command of written and spoken in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin),
∙ Knowledge in Japanese is an advantage
∙ Willing to learn
∙ Candidates who are immediately available & experienced will have an advantage
