Job Description
- Handle customers’ enquiries, quotation preparation, invoices and regular correspondences
- Handle existing customers’ orders, follow up with shipment and sampling.
- Maintain business relations with customers to cultivate profitable sales and growth.
- Coordinate with business-related overseas parties, such as buyers, suppliers and HQ office
- Build up a strong network with the brand (buyers), group partners and suppliers
- Provide support to the department in procurement, materials purchasing and garment delivery
- Correspond to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Assist the sales manager to promote textile products and various services to generate sales
- Gather market information and generate a sales performance report for analysis
- Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- 1-2 years’ with garment or fabric background will be advantage
- Knowledge in the operation flow of subcontracting garment business
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Mandarin and
- Knowledge of Japanese language is not a must, but would be an asset
- Sound knowledge in PC operations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized, patient, self-initiative
