Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Oversee and manage retail store including all existing store renovations and new store development projects
• Lead the delivery of store development by using best practices to provide project guidance
• Track progress for achieving the goals
• Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule
• Manage execution of contracts and provide construction process review, visit construction sites for quality checking
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above in Interior Design; Construction, Architecture, Building Service or related discipline
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, Japanese ability is an advantage
• At least 3 years of Project Management or Interior Design experience in the F&B industry
