Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Handle restaurant design projects independently from concept to completion • Monitor site condition and construction progress • Communicate closely with contractors to ensure the completion of project within timeline and expectation • Plan & manage the project budget • Provide solutions and suggestions when trouble happens • Liaise with the HQ in Japan regularly • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Fluent in English, and Cantonese • Diploma or above in Interior Design; Construction, Architecture, Building Service or related discipline • At least 3 years of Project Management or Interior Design experience • Good knowledge of AutoCAD
