Product Director
Job responsibilities
1.In charge of Group Product Design and Development related to Fabric, Home Textiles, Silk, accessories and other products made of silk.
2.Work with Global Teams and all Product groups to come up with competitive products in response to market demand
3.In addition to managing, operating and integrating existing brands, to develop creative product ideas associated with Silk.
4.Has in-depth Market knowledge and participates in devising branding strategies
5.Conduct Market Investigation and Research in Trade Fairs, prospective markets and the Company's targeted markets
6.Research on and monitor fashion trends, drive applying latest state-of-art Technology for product design
Job Requirements
1.Degree and above in one of the followings: Garment, Fashion, Product Management, Business Management, Textile Design, Art Design, or other related fields;
2.10+ years’ experience in Apparels/Fashion Product Management, Product Marketing, Design and related Domestic and International Brand Retail or Manufacturing experience;
3.Comes with knowledge in silk and experience in Clothing, Silk Scarves and Gift Design; monitoring Designing and delivering Design with good understanding
4.Operational experience in Silk production will be highly relevant
5.Good knowledge and experience in China Fashion market is an advantage.
6.Remarkable capacity for innovative Thinking. Creative, Earnest, Responsible and Proactive;
7.Good mentality to work under high pressure; Works with great sensitivity, good Communication skills, and strong Teamwork spirit
8.Fluent English and Mandarin required
