Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Finance Focus • Lead and liaise with a regional team of finance professionals to carry out all-around finance functions including but not limited to regular reporting, performance analysis, budget forecast, internal control, transformation initiatives, etc. • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures of the Group • Develop financial strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with company objectives • Prepare financial analysis for new business development and financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements • Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances • Work closely and manage relationships with the business partners to oversee finance operational matters • Review the current process and implement changes to improve efficiency and process improvement Operation Focus • Responsible for overseeing the internal and 3PL logistics operations in the regions • Review the logistics policies and strive for best practice • Work closely with the planning team to ensure proper execution of forecast and ordering • Design and implement operation excellence projects
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Native Japanese Speaker • Business level of English • Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance • Qualified accountant • Regional experience is an advantage • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI is an advantage
