Job Description

Our client, a Taiwain base company is now looking for the following candidate - 


Responsibilities:

  •     Handle the coordination & documentation with the global and regional operation business development
  •     Manages the administrative processes related to customer service to ensure it is completed in an accurate, timely, and comprehensive manner
  •     To regularly review handling procedures to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability
  •     To handle customer enquiries from different channels
  •     Develop and maintain a customer-focused attitude toward activities
  •     To feedback complaints of customers to management for review or improvement of work flow and procedures


Requirements:

  •     Native Japanese Speaker
  •     University graduate and fresh graduates will be considered
  •     Experience with sales & customer services
  •     Very good communication skills in written and verbal English
  •     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  •     Good interpersonal skills and multicultural understanding
