Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Japanese GM and the Japanese directors such as booking flight tickets and hotel accommodations, and visa application
• Manage the GM’s schedule
• Answer overseas branch managers’ meeting requests on behalf of the GM and arrange meetings
• Support the HR & Admin department such as data entry, translating documents and preparing the company's journal
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• At least 3 years of secretarial experience in a Japanese company
• Proficient in MS Office
