Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle and follow up with existing clients
• Negotiate T&C with clients
• Follow up with new clients transferred from JP HQ
• Liaise with JP HQ and suppliers
• Confirm future production plans with clients
• Confirm the price with JP HQ and issue quotations to clients
• Balance control between SO(Sales order)/PO(Purchasing order)/Inventory
• Explore new clients if necessary
• Business trip to Taiwan/ Philippines/ Vietnam/ Japan(2-3 times/year)
• Business trip to Shenzhen, China(Day trip/ Once per week)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a Japanese electronics company preferred
• Fresh graduates WELCOME
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
