Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Supervise and guide the technicians in HK and Southeast Asian sales offices to solve QA/QC problem
• Liaise with JPHQ to solve the QA/QC problem
• Prepare monthly reports
• Record and report the problem by using various portal sites and systems
• Receive training in JPHQ (Twice per year)
• Educate technicians in HK and Southeast Asian sales offices(1-3 times per year)
• Translate training material from Japanese to English if necessary
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder in Mechanical / Electronics / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of QA experience in the manufacturing field
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
