<Job Responsibilities> Provide all-rounded support to the PR manager: • Public Relations Prepare press releases, pitching notes, and public speeches Line up media interviews for clients Plan, coordinate, and organize press events and press trips Act as a point of contact for media inquiries • Project Management Project implementation of marketing, public relations, social media marketing, advertising, and promotional activities for Japanese clients Liaise with multiple service providers for price quotation • Social Media Marketing Create social media content Monitor social media accounts and implement community management according to the guidelines • Account Servicing Daily communication with clients to ensure client satisfaction • New Business Opportunity Develop strategic PR content for integrated campaigns for new and existing clients, and support the team in researching and preparing new business opportunities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or other Business related discipline • 1 year of experience in PR and marketing communication preferred • Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English and Chinese • FRESH GRADUATES WELCOME • CANDIDATES WITH NO EXPERIENCE IN PR & MARKETING WELCOME
