<Job Responsibilities>
• Report to the Japanese director
• Handle personal and household matters such as arranging repair services for the director’s family, and looking for a new apartment with the family
• Perform secretarial and administrative duties such as making reservations, and explaining the latest quarantine policy
• Arrange meetings and take minutes
• Business trip to Southeast Asia(After COVID)
• Translation and interpretation (Chinese/English to Japanese)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N1), English, and Chinese
• At least 3 years of PA/Secretary/admin experience
• Mature and independent
• Proficient in MS Office
