Job Description

Our client is a leading electronic global company,  they now seeking a right candidate to join their team.  

Manager, Human Resource & Administration (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

Assist to lead a team and manage full spectrum of HR functions, company policies, legal compliance, payroll, comprising of talent sourcing, training and development, staff retention, coaching and employee relations, compensation and benefits and performance management. 

Prepare various analysis reports, proposals and budget forecast for management review;

Be a driver and a team player to collaborate with other departments to transform HR & Admin strategies into operational realities;

Identify areas for improvement and to drive for positive results;

Maintain in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements related to management of employees, reduce legal risk and to ensure regulatory compliance;

Requirements:

University degree preferably in HR Management or related discipline

At least 2-3 years in supervisory level

Japanese speaking is definitely an advantage

Familiar with experience in Hong Kong Labor Ordinance, reviewing business contract law. 

Experience in MS office (Excel in advance level, Powerpoint) and HRIS

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

Willing to travel when required
