Job Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial support to chairman about office matters
- Draft correspondences
- Arrangements and scheduling itineraries, transportation, accommodations, and process reimbursements
- Arrangements of internal meetings, external meetings, meal occasions and so on
- Interpret for Japanese visitors in Hong Kong (Japanese-English-Chinese)
- Translation for documents e.g. agreements, investment materials and daily documents
- Serve as Administration Officer for HK office including support office daily operations, supplies, repair and maintenance
- Assist Chairman in liaising with vendors/agencies/contractors related to property and other investments in Hong Kong following instructions of Chairman
- Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- 15 years and above of relevant experience, university graduates of related discipline preferred
- Proficient in business level written and spoken Japanese, English, Chinese (primarily in Cantonese, Mandarin will be a bonus)
- Being able to keep confidentialities and very good time management skill
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills, able to multi-tasks
- Good computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
