<Job Duties> 香港系の投資顧問機関（IFA)のジャパンデスクにてカスタマーサービス人材を募集しております。 職務内容 ・電話やメールによる取扱い金融商品の情報提供、説明 ・日本顧客からの問い合わせ対応（主にメール） ・書類チェック、修正、改正 ・資産運用マネージャーのアシスト ・その他関連業務 We are looking for customer service personnel at the Japan desk of a Hong Kong investment advisory organization (IFA). Job Description ・Provision of information and explanations of financial products handled by telephone and e-mail ・Responding to inquiries from Japan customers (mainly by e-mail) ・Document checking, correction, revision ・Assist of asset management managers ・Other related duties
Job Requirement
募集要項 ・大卒以上 ・基本的なビジネスマナー、電話対応 ・日本語（特にメール、書くことが中心）、英語が堪能な方 ・入社後に保険の資格を取って頂ける方（IIQE paper1,3) ・日本での留学経験や就業経験があれば尚好 ・香港で就業可能なビザをお持ちの方 Application Guidelines ・Bachelor's degree or above ・Basic business manners, email and phone response ・Fluent in Japanese (especially e-mail and writing) and English ・Can obtain insurance qualifications after joining the company (IIQE paper1, 3) ・ Experience of study abroad or work experience in Japan is preferable. ・ Eligible visa holder to work in Hong Kong
