<Job Responsibilities>
・Perform remittance support, trading support, live chat support
・Support Japanese clients account opening
・Perform standard checks to the Japanese clients
・Use the internal system to carry out the deposit process
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree or above
・At least 1 year of work experience in using Business Japanese at work preferred
・FRESH GRADUATES WELCOME
・Fluent in Japanese(JPLT N1), English, and Chinese
・Proficient in Keigo (Writing & Speaking)
・Proficient in MS Office
