Job Description
Customer Support ・Monitoring of cargo imported and exported from Japan to China, Hong Kong, and other Asian countries (including arrangement of transport ships and trucks), and reporting to customers ・Calculation of transportation costs and invoicing ・Translation of reports and company materials into Japanese to Chinese ・Research on various regulations and tax systems related to imported foods (contact the Food and Environmental Health Bureau or customs) ・Accompanying sales staff when visiting customers ・Attending as a booth staff at exhibitions and events (several times a year) ・Ad hoc duties
Job Requirement
- At least 2 years of work experience (preferably in logistic / F&B-related industries or related duties) - Business level of Japanese and English skill and Conversational level of Chinese skill (daily conversation and typing required) - PC skills EXCEL/WORD, PPT - Graphic design software is preferred - Other marketing-related knowledge is desirable - Interest in Japanese food marketing industries - Responsible, Challenging, cheerful and positive person - Experience in working for Japanese companies or studying in Japan will be an advantage
