Job Description
- Arrange or schedule appointments, meetings and luncheons
- Arrange business trip bookings (e.g. air tickets, accommodation)
- Arrange and handle document delivery between Sections
- Handle entertainment expenses
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage and handle internal application/ document circulation
- Handle telephone calls
- Organize filing records
- Perform miscellaneous administrative work
- To act as back up for other administrative staff
- To perform any other duties as assigned by superiors
- Higher diploma / associate’s degree or above
- At least 3 years’ working experience in business or finance industry with secretary or office administration experience
- Office administration and secretarial skills
- Possesses friendly and positive characters; able to multi-task; able to work independently with minimum supervision; willing to learn
- Good command of PC skills
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Japanese (JPLT N1 holder) and English; Cantonese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
