Job Description
・Prepare weekly and monthly reports in Japanese to Japan HQ;
・Create business year plan by items in Excel;
・Prepare presentation materials for meetings in PowerPoint;
・Prepare monthly sales summary of some specific items;
・Handle enquiries from Japan HQ about business situation;
・Collect and analyze the marketing information of HK & China for apparel business;
・Get familiar to YKK HK organization, items and production process of our factory;
・Assist in ad-hoc duties if necessary.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor Degree in Translation, Japanese Studies, Business Management or related disciplines with JPLT N2 or above;
・Well versed with PC applications like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing, proficiency in Excel, Excel Formulas, VBA, is a MUST;
・Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Japanese and Chinese
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Candidates with study or working experience in Japan will be an advantage
・1 year or above working experience in any fields, candidates with translation experience will be a plus
・Self-motivated, good writing and presentation skills
