Job Description

Our client, a group company of Japanese multinational corporation specializing in the manufacture of imaging and optical products, is now looking for an experienced candidate below,

 

Responsibilities:

- Communicate and co-ordinate closely with the customers and suppliers for delivery schedule and arrangement

- Follow up the enquiry of customers and vendors

- Provide supervision on junior staffs on daily operation, and report to general Manager

- Support and standardize work flow, operation rule for system operation

 

Requirements:

- Experiences in liaising with external clients and business partners

- Knowledge of Japanese customer services

- Experiences in managing staffs and work as a reporting line

- Relevant experience in procurement is preferred

- Proficient in Japanese is must

- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

- Good communication and negotiation skill

 

Packages

- 5days

- 25-30K (Negotiable)

- double pay + Discretionary bonus (Twice a year)
