Our client, a famous Japanese Trading & Retail company is now looking for the following candidate:
Requirements
- At least 1 years’ experience in fashion and accessories buying
- Diploma holder or above in fashion, textile and clothing or business discipline
- Excellent command of both Japanese & English is a must
- Excellent fashion and market sense especially in apparel industry
- Strong knowledge in garment technical
- Initiative, independent with excellent presentation and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales & profitability objectives
- Formulate and deliver buying plan and size ratio as well as secure right balance between volume and assortment width
- Analyze merchandise performance to identify bestsellers and slow sellers including taking required action to deliver forecast
- Manage inventory costs, sales forecast and gross profit margin to achieve sales and profit targets
- Handle any ad hoc duties
