Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Provide administrative support to the payment team document preparation and coordinate with subsidiary companies in Japan
• Verify bank transactions such as cross-checking the client name (Japanese Kanji to alphabet) and account number
• Liaise with lawyers and auditors by phone call in Japan
• Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
• Handle incoming/ outgoing calls, e-mails, and couriers
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Higher Diploma or above
・At least 1 year of desk work experience in a Japanese company
・Proficient in MS Office
・Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2 or above), English
・Strong communication skill, self-motivated and willing to learn
・Outgoing, mature, high responsible and a good team player
