<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle general admin duties including but not limited to travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and taking minutes
• Provide translation and interpretation
• Responsible for contract & license renewal
• Prepare for the morning announcement
• Participate in organizing company events
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience gained from a Japanese company
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2), English and Chinese
