<Job Responsibilities>
• Manage the full spectrum of administrative functions and activities:
• Assist with Japanese staff-related matters.
• Assist in visa application & business travel arrangement (flight booking & hotel reservation, etc.)
• Assist in the arrangement of employee benefits: Insurance-related, Medical check-up, and service contract renewal.
• Reception duties: greeting guests with good manners, serving tea, handling phone calls, etc.
• Handling office maintenance & security arrangements.
• Handling office supplies (Distilled water, stationery, telecommunication, printer, furniture, etc.)
• Handling incoming & outgoing mail and courier
• Assist in all kinds of company internal activities
• Other ad-hoc project assigned by a superior or above.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma or above
• 2 Years of admin experience in a Japanese company
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese (N2 or above), English, and Chinese
