<Job Responsibilities>
Accounting 70%
• Arrange payment
• Handle a full set of accounting, AP, and AR.
• Support the accounting function of the Europe Rep. Office
• Support China Dongguan Office
• Assist auditors in preparing the audit report & stock-take
• Liaise with the company secretary for related issues
Administration 30%
• Handle the recruitment process, employment visa application, employee onboarding, and off-boarding process, application and termination of MPF, and group medical plan
• Responsible for administrative matters such as BR, contract renewal, and office maintenance.
• Liaise with IT vendors and internal department regarding IT security issues
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• At least 5 years of experience in handling full set accounts and admin duties preferred, candidate with less experience will also be considered
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Fluent in Japanese (N2 or above), English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
