Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle Japanese clients’ orders and inquiries by emails (Around 50-60 emails per day)
• Listen to clients’ needs and provide suitable solutions to meet the sales target
• Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
• Identify new business opportunities
• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record( Ideally in the ICT/Computer hardware/Consumer electronics industry)
• Fluent in Japanese(N2 or above), English, and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Account Manager
