Job Description
Our client, a famous Japanese SI company, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Requirement:
- Bachelor of degree or above
- At least 10 years proven sales experience in IT industry including both managerial & sales position, preferably
- in HK or Asia markets, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Sound experience in leading a sales team with cross-culture environment
- Good business domain knowledge in Banking & Financial industry is a plus
- Initiatives to drive customers' needs and proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Fluent in spoken and written Japanese & English, Mandarin preferred
- Charismatic, sales/people oriented with outstanding presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic, target-driven, aggressive and highly self-motivated with excellent leadership and stress management
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 8 sales subordinates selling IT solution/service to meet the sales target
- Develop strategies, tactics, and plans to achieve company mission and accelerate future growth of company
- Exploit new business channels/opportunities, customer relationship management with VIP accounts and vendor
- relations
- Continuously analyze and motivate the sales team, and inspire them to stay focused on company’s goals
- Coordinate the sales operations with all the other departments of the company.
- Effectively communicate the value proposals with different presentations in both Japanese and English
- Travel across various countries if required to attend business events.
