Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • PC, Printer, Server, network equipment & video conference installation, configuration, updating & troubleshooting • User peripheral equipment support, Backup / Restore, Internal web page maintenance • Liaise with external vendors on IT equipment purchasing • Manage communication links operation, e.g. Internet & IP-VPN, Setup & maintain firewall, VPN, Anti-virus & MDM system • Documentation (User Manual, Training Guide, Allocation cost, Logs records &, etc) • General IT administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • Higher Diploma Holder in IT or related discipline or above • At least 1 year of IT support experience • Fluent in English and Chinese, Japanese ability is an advantage • Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office applications • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, good working attitude
