Job Description
Reporting to Head of Bancassurance, you will be responsible to facilitate and conduct life insurance business with your partners in bank with the aim to achieve business target of life insurance business.
• Meet with customers referred by front line officer/manager of bank to understand their needs and provide suitable insurance solution to them
• Achieve business target assigned
• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers
• Provide advice and post-sales services to customers
• Support Head of Bancassurance to develop and implement training plan and sales strategy with the aim to achieve business target and deepen the relationship with customers
Requirements
• Degree holder with passes in IIQE Paper 1 & 3
• Min of 1 to 2 years relevant experience in insurance or banking industry (fresh graduate will be consider as Insurance Business Executive)
• Excellent time management with good interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver quality services to customers
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
