Our client, a Japanese well known Information Services company, is looking for an Information Systems Programmer (Secondment - Banking) as followings:
Job Description
• To supervise the Information System Team and deliver prompt and quality services to users;
• To evaluate user requirements and define solution for automation;
• To comply policies and procedures stipulated for EUC development;
• To perform investigation for system problems and propose solution for rectification;
• To maintain close working relationships with system vendors, IT sections of the Branch and H.O. on matter related to IT;
• To support other offices in the region on matters related to market office system, including provision of training, advice, solution for automation, sharing of know-how etc.;
• To conduct regular review of system structure, hardware technology, and software application in the department, and give suggestions for improvement;
• To manage and support ad hoc projects for the department.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Information Systems or Mathematics
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT and Program Development, preferably with experience in banking industry;
• Knowledge of treasury and financial products;
• Fluent English and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS SQL, VBA, VB, Oracle, C+, JavaScript;
• Analytical, accurate, decisive and independent.

Work Location: Kowloon side or Hong Kong Island

Bonus : Gratuity 1 month for 12-month service; 0.5 for 6-month service
