Our client, is now looking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Responsibilities
Provide industry and corporate research analysis to Asia branches (excl. Japan) in an attempt to facilitate promotional efforts to expand the Bank’s business franchise in ASIA:
•Market development & industry forecast.
•In-depth peer industry comparison of financials and credit assessment.
•Customized financial analysis for approaching client’s financial/ strategic issue.
•Gather timely industry information and market/ business intelligence (such as launching ground research and business trips) to deepen the coverage of research analysis to assist requesting divisions/ branches in the formation of business plans and marketing strategies, including products promotion suggestion.
•Conduct regular internal discussions, seminars, workshops and industry briefings where appropriate; including client presentations.
•Work closely with units of business promotion and facilitating the credit assessment process of a particular transaction.
Requirements
•At least 15 years’ experience in equity research or industry coverage (Sell-side, Corporate Finance & Equity Research) specializing in Asian large conglomerates.
•Substantial experience in product coverage, especially in Foreign IB/universal banks or major Asian banks is preferable.
•Bachelor’s Degree holder. MBA or CFA Charterholder is preferred
•Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
