Job Description
Our client, a Chinese Finance Group, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join their expanding team:
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility of accounting and reporting, including full set of book keeping and month-end financial statements of the Group and its subsidiaries.
- Prepare the monthly consolidated financial statements.
- Prepare monthly budget and management report.
- Prepare the daily and monthly FRR for monitoring the sufficient liquid capital.
- Liaise with various parties to facilitate daily accounting operations.
- Prepare yearly profits tax return.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Accounting or related disciplines, qualified accountants.
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in securities industry, with comprehensive knowledge of HK accounting standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Solid experience in FRR preparation.
- Must have account exposure in the equities, margin financing, IPO and bonds.
- Familiar with MYOB is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Proactive, able to meet tight timelines, work independently and under pressure.
- Initiative with good analytical and communications skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin.
