our client which is providing services on asset and wealth management, securities and futures trading, precious metals trading and credit financing in Hong Kong. It also provides services on asset management, investment management and financing leasing in China. We are assisting them to look for an Director position to join their team. The position will be reporting to the Head of Investment banking.
Job Description
Originate mandates for issuance of fixed income instrument;
Explore, negotiate and liaise with potential investors for financing transactions;
Provide market update to team members and senior management, and analyze market development;
Actively involved in client pitches, on-going business development and idea generation for the team;
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory authorities, audit requirements and established bank approved risk limits.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree with strong commercial mindset;
Type 1 SFC license holder;
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in Debt Capital Markets with track record ;
Ability to quickly connect and build trust with clients and stakeholders;
Exceptional execution skills with strong business acumen and analytical ability;
Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese (Putonghua) a must.
