Our client, German automobile, motorcycle and engine manufacturing company founded in the early 1900's is now looking for the following talent to joing their team in Hong Kong.;
Dearler Development Manager
The Dealer Network Development Manager is responsible for dealer development activities including increasing dealer sales performance, profitability, customer satisfaction, and retail registration effectiveness.
There is no previous network experience required for the role, but past field sales experience is critical.
The Dealer Development Manager is responsible for the long-term development of the dealer.
Additional responsibilities include identifying investors and real estate for new dealers in open markets to support the growth of the dealer network by strategically placing dealerships in growing markets.
Providing planning and guidance to dealers on dealer standards, external identity and internal branding will also be expected.
Requirement
- Bachelor or above degree in Business
- Minimum 4 years working experience with at least 1 year in the automotive industry
- Sales channel development and management or consultancy experience is desirable
- Dealer operations knowledge in an automotive environment
- Mandarin with fluent English is a must and German is an advantage
