<Job Responsibilities>
• Handle customer enquiries timely and fulfill client requirements to ensure our service quality;
• Support sales team on orders follow up;
• Co-ordinate with Operations Teams for shipment follow up;
• Shipment delivery follow up with customers, external and internal parties;
• Handle problem cases as assigned;
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Form 5 or above
• Fresh welcome
• Business level in English, Cantonese
• Comprehensive understanding for written Cantonese & English
• 2 years or more in customer service/operations, trading related business incl. manufacturers, traders, or logistics service providers is preferable
• Good in MS office applications, including excel, words.
