	General service support & Counter Activities

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
	1 year solid experience in customer service
	Good communication & trouble shooting skill
	Good computer & networking (routers / LAN / wireless) support knowledge
	Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
	Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
	Customer oriented and self-motivate
